Delivery
We provide the following UK delivery options through our courier partner DPD:
1. Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days.
2. Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (orders must be placed before 2:00 PM).
3. Saturday Delivery: Order must be placed by Friday 12pm (From £20).
4. Standard Wedding Bouquets: 3–5 working days (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM).
5. Disney Products: Available by appointment only. Please contact hello@enduraroses.com
6. Regional Surcharges: Additional charges apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands due to courier surcharges and supplementary delivery cost.
7. International Delivery: 3–4 weeks to selected countries. Endura Roses accepts no responsibility for delays, damage, or lost items arising from customs procedures. Additional shipping charges apply based on geographical location.
8. Working Days: Monday to Friday. Weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays are excluded from working day calculations.
9. Parcel Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Damage Policy
Upon delivery, the purchaser must inspect the quantity and identify any visible external damage to the products delivered. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us via email within 24 hours. Our team will assess the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Please note: No replacements or refunds will be provided for any order if the recipient or sender fails to notify us within 24 hours of the original delivery date, or if it is determined that the fault resulted from inadequate aftercare.
As our products are handcrafted, personalised, and created from natural, perishable materials, we cannot accept cancellations or returns. Any perishable products purchased are not eligible for cancellation.
Return Policy
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
- The items with the original receipt should be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.
