Can I order over the phone?

Due to customer data protection, we do not take order over the phone to prevent any fraud risks. We can take an order via email, and to do so please send details of what you would like to order, however this is only in case you are not able to make an order through our website. The primary place to order your Endura Roses gift is our website.

What days do you offer delivery on?
We offer delivery on working days Monday through to Friday, and Saturday. For more information regarding delivery please visit the Shipping details page.
What if I'm not in when the delivery driver comes?

It is incredibly vital that you leave correct delivery information on your order, if there may be a chance that you will not be in you should leave alternate instructions for a safe place to leave your package, this could be within a porch, with a neighbour, behind a side gate, be advised you will receive an email regarding confirmation of delivery and can access the signature via DPD if this needs to be checked. If there are no alternate instructions DPD will inform you of a re-delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping for our arrangements. We offer shipping to more than 50 countries throughout the world! With that in mind, most international orders may take additional processing time for order or identity verification for orders that have been flagged by the team. If there are complications with your order, then our team will send you a notification to alert you of the delay. We offer multiple shipping options at checkout for your convenience.

What is your shipping policy?

At Endura Roses, we ship everlasting arrangements depending on the size and quantity of the roses you have ordered with us.  

If your flowers are being hand-delivered by our concierge service as mentioned above, then your arrangement will be delivered the next day they are ordered – depending on the cut-off time for your location. Deliveries throughout the U.S. will ship through FedEx or UPS.

What do we do in case an order is flagged?

Occasionally an order may be held by our fraud prevention team for further review. You will receive an email notification and the team will keep you updated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customer privacy and security has always been a top priority for us and we take it very seriously

Do you take back-orders?
Our top sellers may sell out quickly and may be temporarily unavailable. Once the stock is available, we will notify you that the item is back in stock. You can place your order. Someone from the team will notify you when the delivery will be made. During the holiday and festive season, we encourage our customers to place orders at least 15 working days before the holiday season starts to avoid delays in delivery. You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your back ordered items have shipped.
